Mortgageonly.org does not make loans or credit decisions
in connection with loans. Mortgageonly.org is not an
agent of either you, the consumer or any participating
lenders and/or brokers. Mortgageonly.org services are
consultative and administrative only. You should make
your own judgment in deciding which loan program best
suits your needs and financial means. You are under no
obligation to use mortgageonly.org to commence the
financing process and mortgageonly.org does not
guarantee that completing a loan request will result in
your receiving a loan from our participating lenders
and/or brokers. The loan request you submit is not an
application. Rather, it is a request for a loan pre
qualification. You may have to complete an application
with a Lender and/or broker before they will extend an
unconditional loan offer. A Lender/broker you select may
require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs
of an appraisal, credit report or other items. The
Lender/broker will determine the amount of any such
fees, and should provide information to you regarding
the refundability of any such fees. Mortgageonly.org
does not charge you the consumer, any fees for its
services. Mortgageonly.org receives its compensation
from the leadpoint.com for the goods, facilities and
services actually provided by Mortgageonly.org.
Federal Disclosures
Your loan request will be forwarded to leadpoint.com via
SecuredRight Inc. Leadpoint.com will give your loan
application to the lenders and/or brokers. If one of the
Lenders and/or brokers is unable to make an offer,
Leadpoint.com may give your information to additional
Lenders and/or brokers until such time as you have
received loan offers (Leadpoint.com decides the total of
lenders and/or brokers), and these Lenders and/or
brokers may make certain disclosures to you. These
disclosures, which are required by the Truth in Lending
Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA),
and certain other federal and state laws, include
details of your cost of credit; good faith estimates of
your settlement costs; check
HUD website for
more and updated information, notices concerning the
possibility that your mortgage loan servicing may be
transferred; and your right to a copy of any appraisal,
if any, performed on your home. The Equal Credit
Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating
against credit applicants on the basis of race, color,
religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age
(provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a
binding contract), because all or part of the
applicant's income derives from any public assistance

Duties and Nature of Relationship
You, the applicant(s), have requested assistance in
obtaining a residential mortgage loan. We will submit
your loan request to leadpoint.com via SecuredRight Inc.
Leadpint.com will give your request to a participating
Lenders and/or brokers. Mortgageonly.org does not
contact you in regard of your loan. In connection with
this mortgage loan, we are acting as an independent
contractor and not as your agent nor as lenders and/or
brokers agent. While we will seek to assist you in
meeting your financial needs, mortgageonly.org does not
pick a lender for you. In contrast, lenders and/or
brokers will make offer on your application. Therefore,
mortgageonly.org does not guarantee any rate and term.
Any offer and/or promise will be between you (the
applicant) and the lenders and/or brokers.
