Compensation to us is from our participating lenders/brokers.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and www.mortgageonly.org, and it supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications, promises or offers of any kind and of any medium, between you and us with respect to this website.
Nothing in the mortgageonly.org website constitutes an offer, promise or otherwise, either to make a specific loan or that any participating lenders or mortgage brokers will make any loan for any purpose or on any specific terms. All loan related decisions are made by the participating lenders or mortgage brokers in the course of its normal business operations, and any applicable loan offerings are made to qualified applicants in separate loan and related documents which are required by applicable state and federal laws of the United States of America. This agreement provides that all disputes and/or Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this Site and any information, data and services provided on the Site, between you and the mortgageonly.org will be resolved by binding arbitration. You thus give up your right to go to court to assert or defend your rights. You also give up your right to participate in or bring class actions.
